Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured?

Yes, absolutely! I carry full public liability covering up to £5 million as you would expect from any wedding videographer. If your venue requires proof, I would be happy to email them a copy of my certificate for their record.

Can we share our photos on social media and with friends and family?

Of course. Your wedding video comes with full personal use license, this means that you are free to email, publish and share your videos with your friends and family. I love seeing and being tagged in the wedding videos that I have created for happy couples posted on social media!

Do we have to feed you on the day?

Yes please! Before making a booking I will send you a contract to sign containing everything in great detail, including meals, travel and insurance details.

Do you offer drone footage?

Yes, please contact me for more information.

Do you work well with photographers?

Yes of course. I have been fortunate enough to work alongside some great and incredibly talented wedding photographers over the years and I will always do my absolute best to work well alongside any photographer so we are both able to capture what we need!

How do we book?

Simply head to the contact form above, once completed and submitted, I will send you all of the necessary information on what to do next. Alternatively, you can message me directly via Instagram or Facebook (@JordanFowlerVideography). A virtual meeting can be arrange if you wish to discuss some details further.

How do you provide the film to us?

Your finished wedding films will be provided to you via an online gallery which will allow you to view on your mobile, PC or TV as well as download them all for offline viewing. There is also the option to purchase personalised wedding memory sticks delivered to you in a presentation box.

How far will you travel and are there travel costs?

In short, I will travel anywhere. I mainly cover the South West of the UK, however I am available for destination weddings too, so do not feel restricted by this. There are no travel costs within a 60 mile radius of myself in Somerset. Any travel costs for further afield will be discussed beforehand.

How long will the finished video be?

This depends on your chosen video package and the main feature films range between approximately 10-15 minutes. While shorter teaser and highlight films can range anywhere from 1-5 minutes.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit to secure your wedding day in my diary is 10% of your chosen package. The remaining balance is then payable anytime up to 30 days prior to your wedding. This can also be paid in installments or as a lump sum, whichever you prefer.

How much of the day do you film?

Let's have a chat to discuss what would best suit you and your day. There are no restrictions how much or how little of your day you would like to be filmed.

What happens if you have an accident beforehand or can't make it due to illness?

That is an excellent question - in the event of illness (or other such circumstance), I would aim to substitute myself with someone of equal or better quality. Any difference in cost will be my problem, not yours.

When will we get our finished video back?

I always aim to deliver your full cinematic feature films within 8 to 12 weeks after your wedding day. You will receive your short teaser video within a few weeks of your wedding date. During the peak wedding season delivery times may vary slightly.

Where can I watch all of your videos?

There is a great selection of my latest work on the 'Weddings' page of this website. Alternatively, you can head over to my Instagram, @JordanFowlerVideography, where I regularly upload clips and behind the scenes images.

Will you film the speeches?

Yes of course. The speeches are a valuable part of the day and are great to have recorded for you to watch back and have a laugh or shed a tear over time and time again.
